  • one small dark-green bell pepper diced
  • 1 small orangish bell pepper diced
  • 1/two minor onion diced
  • one teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ane teaspoon salt
  • one teaspoon pepper
  • one Tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley chopped
  • egg roll wrappers
  • small dish water
